Volunteer with DRC

Disability Resources Centre (DRC) has been championing the rights of People with Disability since 1981. Our Individual Advocacy service has changed countless lives, and we need your help! Contribute your customer service and administration skills to assist clients in applying for the Disability Support Pension (DSP) and/or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). You will be a valued member of the team and make a significant contribution to the work of DRC. 

Time Commitment & Location

Our ideal time commitment is 10-15 hours per week, but we are extremely flexible.  

Our office is based at:

247-251 Flinders Lane
Melbourne

The office is fully accessible, but a remote working arrangement is also possible.

Position Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Demonstrated attention to detail 
  • Excellent administrative skills 
  • Intermediate Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
